On the 24th we traveled to Davenport, OK. this is a small community that has lotsa neat buildings, old cars and interesting people. Here is an early Ford van that is just screaming for restoration.

In Davenport, there is a neat little restaurant called Gar Wooly's We had a great taco salad and this outrageous homemade strawberry frybread dessert that was wonderful. We also met a couple of very nice ladies that I wish I had taken my camera to get their pictures. |

Isn't this the best sign you have seen? On this trip we have seen some pretty crazy signs. If I would have been thinking, I could have written a book. Maybe that's something to do next year. |
