We stopped by the new Memoryville Museum in Rolla, MO. We were told on the phone by the new owner that the museum was not open yet as he had been moving all of the equipment. We did not really understand what he was talking about until we arrived and were able to witness something you seldom see. He has a half-scale antique train engine that was being moved. Here, Dave Yoder who travels with us is standing on the coal tender which had been delivered earlier. |

After lunch, we were able to see them attach the engine and lift it off the flatbed truck and start to manover it to the tracks, which had been placed in front of the museum. |

Here is the image you will seldom if ever see. A 30 ton locomotive in the air! This was cool. Using a huge crane, they swung the engine around and set it gently on the tracks. It could have as easily been a large pillow. |

Here is the finished job with our little 32 Ford Roadster watching. |

Inside, were some of the most amazing cars. Here is a 1938 that belonged to Paul Harvey of radio fame. |

Here is a 1934 Packard with a wood safari body. This one is in excellent condition and valued close to a million dollars. |

Outside is wonderful collection of antique farm equipment. This is an old threshing machine. |

At the end of a most wonderful day, Woody and Dave posed with Tom Ray, the owner of the Memoryville Museum. Go Tom. You have a great place. |

In the evening, we went downtown to a concert under the stars. The band was called "The Sounds of St. Louis." Here we are set up next to the stage. We showed off the large clock and gave Wave Board demonstrations. This was, of course, between the hamburgers and free ice cream. |

Here, the band is beginning to play as the crowd has increased in anticipation of a good night of music. |

As the sun went down, the band got in the groove. By about 9:30pm everyone was having a great time. |

| The Great All-American Road Show is a family values experience. We believe that integrity, hardwork, a strong moral compass and basic self-discipline are values that have made and will keep this country great. As we travel across this great land, it is our intention to let communities and individuals enjoy the freedoms we hold dear. We encourage everyone to do all things in moderation and exhibit a general concern for the welfare of others. | ![]() |
